Satyajit Sharma is an Indian film and television actor. His experience with the film media includes Kalpana Lajmi’s `Darmiyaan`, Gopi Desai’s ‘Bas Yaari Rakho’, Sudhir Mishra’s ‘Hazaron Khwaishein Aisi’ and ‘Chameli’; Anant Balani’s ‘24 hrs’ and Pankaj Parashar’s ‘Inteqaam’. He has also done commercials for brands such as Maggie, Idea, Sundrop and for Hindustan Lever products. Currently, he can be seen in the popular television serial, ‘Uttaran’ essaying the role of ‘Tau Sa’. He has completed his B.A. (Hons) in English from Delhi University in 1991. After completing his graduation, he went on to join the National School of Drama (NSD) from where he graduated in 1994. Since then he has worked in different media. In television, he has worked for Raman Kumar, Pankaj Kapoor, Ramesh Sippy, Amit Khanna, Romesh Sharma, Goldie Behel and for Tony and Diya Singh. On stage, Satyajit has worked with directors like Vikram Kapadia of Masque Productions and with Ramu Ramanathan. Plays he has performed in include ‘Black With Equal’, ‘Marathon’ and `Collaborations’
