Karan Johar's much-awaited movie 'Shiddat' is now in buzz due to its massive star-cast. KJo has managed to unite a renowned star cast, including the popular duo of Alia Bhatt and Varun Dhawan, Aditya Roy Kapur, Sonakshi Sinha, Sridevi and Sanjay Dutt. Now that's an amazing star cast lined up, isn't it ? The film showcases a vintage love story way back from the India-Pakistan partition. The movie has Varun and Aditya to play the on-screen brother this time, Whereas, Alia will be the love of their life. Yes, a love triangle from the past events.
According to DNA, Sonakshi's role is relatively less than Alia, that makes us assume that the 30-year-old actress will reportedly have a cameo role. A source spoke about Sinha's role to DNA, "Sonakshi always knew her role is shorter than Alia's. Without giving away the story, we can reveal that her role is an important one. She is paired opposite Aditya, who later falls for Alia." The film will focus more on the impactful role of Aditya's character which is extremely important as well. 'She had no issues with the screen time' the source further added.
As of now, Varun, Alia and Sonakshi are busy with their on-going projects. Alia features with Vicky Kaushal in 'Raazi 'and then, she is set to start the shoot for Ayan Mukerji's 'Dragon', along with Ranbir Kapoor. Whereas, after the success of 'Judwaa 2', Varun will be now seen in Shoojit Sircar's 'October', while Sonakshi's next film Ittefaq is co-produced by Karan's Dharma Productions and Shah Rukh Khan's Red Chillies Entertainments.
