• 'Banjo' to release on September 23, 2016

    There has been much talk in the B-town about Riteish Deshmukh's next film titled 'Banjo.' This film will mark the debut of Marathi filmmaker Ravi Jadhav as a director in Bollywood. Film is based on Banjo players from Maharashtra. It will see Riteish portraying the role of a Banjo player while the 'Rockstar' actress Nargis Fakhri will be seen playing the role of a DJ in the film.

    Now the first poster of the film is out. Riteish Deshmukh shared the poster of the film on his twitter handle and captioned it as, "Ab kuch bajega, toh sirf #Banjo. Bagha Poster & Bola Ganpati Bappa Morya! @meranamravi @krishikalulla @NargisFakhri."

    The poster showcases a 'Banjo' with a set of drumsets in the background. The poster steals the attention of the viewers with it's gaudy orange colour. The poster also has a line which states that the motion poster of the film will release on May 27, 2016.

    The release date of the film was kept under wraps until now but now the release date of the film is out. Indian film critic and Journalist Taran Adarsh revealed the release date of the film on his twitter. He tweeted, "Eros' #Banjo, produced by Krishika Lulla & directed by Ravi Jadhav, starring Riteish Deshmukh and Nargis Fakhri, to release on 23 Sept 2016."

    Directed by Ravi Jadhav and produced by Krishika Lulla, the film will release on September 23, 2016.
