Padmanabhan all smiles!!
20th July 2011
Director Dayal Padmanabhan sported a huge smile. There was reason for it too. His latest film 'Yogaraj…But" starring Navin Krishna and Neethu has been cleared by the censor board with no cut and a U certificate – an achievement in itself. None of Dayal's other seven films, including "Ba Baro Rasika', 'Circus', 'Sri Hari', 'Sakha Sakhi' and 'Masala' have got a straight U certificate with no cuts.
Releasing this Friday, 22nd July, Yogaraj has raised expectation in the industry with director Nagtihalli Chandrashekhar approving his style of film making. Dayal was all praise for actor Suchendra Prasad. Said he, "There is an important character in the film, which required someone of the caliber of say, Amitabh Bachchan or Prakash Raj. Someone suggested Suchendra Prasad's name as he is well known for his voice and delivery. I am delighted that Prasad's performance has exceeded my expectation."
Dayal then lauded hero Navin's allround performance, describing him as a complete actor. Dayal is also confident that 'Yogaraj…But" will give the much needed break to himself, Navin and heroine Neethu.
'Yogaraj…But" has music by Milind Dharmasen and camerawork is by Rakesh.
